Hi, I’m Channing Oaks, and I’m from Kentucky. I’m a 30-year-old mom of three, HR Director, travel baseball mom, and co-host of Who Let Us Adult? By day, I help navigate the professional world of HR, but outside of work you’ll usually find me chasing kids, cheering from the ballfield, planning my next Disney adventure, or enjoying the organized chaos that comes with everyday life.

I joined Who Let Us Adult? because I believe the best conversations come from being honest about the messy, funny, and unexpected parts of growing up. From motherhood and marriage to friendships, careers, and everything in between, I love creating a space where people can laugh, relate, and feel like they aren’t alone in figuring life out.

My hope is that viewers walk away feeling encouraged, entertained, and reminded that nobody really has adulthood completely figured out — we’re all just doing our best, learning as we go, and laughing through the chaos along the way.

Professionally, I work in the title and real estate industry, where I help people navigate one of the biggest milestones of their lives—buying and selling property, and co-host of Who Let Us Adult? Podcast. My career has taught me the importance of communication, problem-solving, and building relationships, all while balancing the realities of work, family, and everyday life.

I joined Who Let Us Adult? because, like so many people, I've discovered that adulthood doesn't come with a handbook. Between careers, parenting, relationships, finances, and the endless responsibilities that seem to multiply overnight, there are plenty of moments that leave us asking, "How are we all just figuring this out as we go?" I wanted to create a space where those experiences could be shared honestly—with humor, authenticity, and a reminder that none of us are alone in the chaos.

Through the podcast, I hope listeners walk away feeling encouraged, understood, and maybe even a little less pressured to have it all figured out. Whether we're talking about parenting wins and fails, career challenges, friendships, marriage, mental health, or the everyday adventures of "adulting," my goal is for people to laugh, learn something new, and realize that it's okay to make mistakes along the way. If our conversations help someone feel seen, spark a meaningful discussion, or simply brighten their day, then we've done exactly what we set out to do.
